Powell Custom Homes proudly started construction on their most exciting project, McGillen’s Crossing, on September 8, 2008.
McGillen’s Crossing is a 50 acre development in the heart of the Village of Mattawan. 23 acres of this development will be commercial units that can be bought or leased. There will be a total of 28 individual commercial building sites with an average building footprint of 4500 square foot. There will be opportunities within the footprint to either buy or lease space on an individual basis from as low as 1000 square feet. Plans for individual spaces shall be available soon.
This development should be a tremendous addition to the Village of Mattawan.
